In the business parks of Posavje, there are 130.000 m² of  space, partially set up with water supply infrastructure and drainage system intended for the development of production, industrial, and logistic economic operations.

Premises with determined ownership, determined purpose of use, and accessibility 
The majority of the pieces of land in the business/ industrial zones are owned by the municipality and other public and private companies that are affiliated with the municipality. On these premises, construction work can be done, but for economic purposes only, with no other limitations. All of the premises are accessible by means of the highway, road and railroad infrastructure. In the near future, a multipurpose airport will be open.   

Accelerated acquiring of certain required permits
Cooperation with the municipalities and specialized engineering companies, we offer fast acquisition of necessary permits.   

Support at setting up a business and getting financial help
Investors are offered support throughout the entire process of setting up a business in the business park and we offer help, in cooperation with specialized institutions, in getting financial stimuli for your investments:

• Financial help and subsidies for the employment of the unemployed in cooperation with the Employment service of Slovenia,
• Financial help and subsidies from the EU programs, the countries and regions in cooperation with the local businesses/ business centers and specialized companies.
• Other financial help/ benefits on the local level.

Water supply/drainage infrastructure based on the needs of the investors
Most of the water/drainage infrastructure in the industrial park is structured and developed in such a way that it is in compliance with the needs of a specific investor. Municipalities are trying to align the building of the water supply/drainage infrastructure with the needs of the investors proper and the types of their activities.

The region with its wider hinterland has at its disposal a sufficient amount of qualified and high quality work force as well as highly educated specialists in the areas of logistics, energetics, metal and timber manufacture and production.

In the region, the number of small and medium-sized companies is above average, especially in the areas of metal and wood manufacturing industries, energetics, utensil industry, maintenance and other services that represent the network of potential suppliers.
